Pahoa Battle of the Bands - Spring 2008

Adrien's band won 3rd Place. Prizes included $100 cash and recording time at a local studio.

Adrien in her bedroom. I told her a long time ago if she was serious about drumming and wanted to be really good, she would have to practice an hour a day... every day. She averages double that (14 hours per week). Adrien rocks!

Adrien at "the end of the world"... a local spot where people jump off the cliffs and into the water below (approximately 25'). Did she jump? Yes! Numerous times. Late 2006.

Adrien is "straight edged"... meaning she abstains from alcohol, drugs and promiscuity. She is determined to live right and accomplish her goals... which include remaining an honor student, improving her drumming skills so she can be a famous musician someday and continue writing music.
